UODN 290-150-125 pump installation
| The UODN 290-150-125 pump installation is developed by request of the Kuryanovsky station of aeration of MGP "Mosvodokanal" for replacement of the plunger pumps PN-50 where successfully passed tests and now is in operation.
Installation is intended for pumping of strongly polluted liquids (draft of sewage) with the content of quartz sand (to 15%), viscous oil products (fuel oil), etc. Has the increased resistance to a contamination at the expense of the big width of the interscapular channel of the pump (80 mm). On the basis of the UODN 170-150-125 and UODN 290-150-125 installations mobile systems of emergency unloading of tanks (SAR) for emergency services of the railroads are made. UODN 290-150-125 is issued in explosion-proof and water execution, is completed with the soaking-up sleeve with the backpressure valve (oil execution) or an auditing pro-rate (water execution). To order for increase in a resource of a running gear on the pump face consolidation is established. Both the UODN installation, and the pump ODN 290-150-125 are certified in the Russian River Register for application on vessels.
